Windows PowerShell มีมาให้โดย Default กับ Windows Server 2008R2 แต่คุณรุ้หรือไม่ว่า Windows PowerShell นั้นมี Interface ในการจัดการแบบ GUI ด้วย Feature นี้มีชื่อว่า PowerShell ISE ที่ไม่ได้ถูกติดตั้งมาโดย Default บน Windows Server 2008R2

Windows PowerShell ISE ติดตั้งมาโดย Default บนระบบปฏิบัติการ Version ดังนี้
- Windows® 8.1
- Windows Server® 2012 R2
- Windows® 8
- Windows Server® 2012
- Windows® 7
คุณสามารถติดตั้ง PowerShell GUI application Interface หรือ Windows PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE) ได้ด้วยวิธีการนี้
1. เปิด Server Manager
2. เลือก Feature > Add Features
3. เลือก Enable Windows PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment (ISE) โดยการติ๊กเครื่องหมายถูก
4. กด Next จนจบ
หลังจากนั้นคุณจะสามารถเรียกใช้ PowerShell ISE ได้ด้วยคำสั่ง
